Every time I get a filling or work done on my grinders, I'm always disturbed by the smell of burning Cheetos eminating from my mouth. I like Cheetos, and grinding teeth and Cheetos is not a connection I would like to make. Makes me wonder what other peoples teeth taste like. Must be nice to by a cyclops, or some other man-eating monster.
I bring this up because I now have a plastic temporary crown in my mouth. They told me that if it pops off, I can remedy the situation temporarily by rubbing Vaseline on the inside, then stuffing it back over my original tooth's remains. Who knew Vaseline was so versatile?
At least I'm more on top of things this week. Gibberish will drop at Midnight. Same goes for Thursday. There is even a possibility of a bonus comic this week, since I'm so on top of things. Plus, I may end up with a guest artist for either Gibberish or We've Got Brains. You can find her work here. And if any of the rest of you are interested in providing artwork for either of my comics, just contact me: clicktrackheartblog(at)gmail(dot)com, and I'll see what we can do.
Oh, and I saw Animation Show vol. 4. Very much worth your time. Mayhap I'll get a review up for it this week, but the way things have gone, I doubt it. *sigh* Apparently I need to start taking speed to get everything done in my 24-hour days.

A Jumbling Week
I realize that things didn't go very smoothly this week, with the late comics and lack of film reviews. Between moving and a busier week at work, it's amazing how much my life gets thrown out of whack and how much I depend on my work time for accomplishing my tasks. I didn't even touch either my critical essay or my novel this week--and I now have just a little over two weeks to pull something together. Sure, it sounds like plenty of time, but considering the amount of work my paper needs...
I don't even want to think about it. This is supposed to be a fun weekend. My wife has a birthday tomorrow. I'm going to see the Animation Show Vol. 4 and possibly another film. The house should FINALLY be in order. Things is looking up in the Smith household.
Anyway, I hope you all have a fantastic weekend, and I'll see you on Monday.

I Really Hate Moving
So this is the big moving weekend, filled with all the odds and ends that I always forget: changing over the cable, forwarding the mail, getting my gas turned on, etc. One headache after another and I don't appreciate whoever decided that living in one place, forever, was a bad idea.
Don't know if I'll have time to catch any of the new releases this weekend, though I WILL be seeing Animation Show Vol. 4 sometime this next week, and a review will follow.
In other news, I was able to get Gibberish started on an actual webcomic hosting site. So, if you would like an easier way to read all the past installments of my mind-blowing work, you can now find them here, with easy to use navigation buttons, instead of my current, "Look for the pluses" game. And it's easier to comment and complain about them.
The Gibberish updates will stay the same, Tuesdays and Thursdays--possibly more--and I will post them both here and there. So go to whichever you'd like, just be sure to tell your friends.
Have a good weekend. See you on Monday.
